Background

In 1990, two prudent students of F.G. Sir Syed College, Rawalpindi i.e. Shoeb Naveed khan and Mian Shujja Ashraf volunteered themselves for a noble and constructive idea of setting up a welfare organization with mission of community development.
They were only two faces with an uphill task. However within few days they managed to gather a team from same institution. As result, on April 21, 1990 the first executive council of the organization took oath in a meeting held in sarwar park, Rawalpindi.
Since 1990, the prudent has witnessed consistency, devotion and determination of the members who started from scratch and now have something very solid to show. It was there will-power which enabled the organization to make rapid progress.
